This facility is very disappointed the management All they do is sit in the office The memory care very disappointed care partner mid Tech I think the med tech that was on duty was shanetra she very unprofessional with the resident The owners need to step up and see what was going on in the facility

Very nice facility, I’ve done agency shifts here and the staff are very friendly welcoming and take pride in how they assist their memory care patients with providing them with the best care mentally, physically, & emotionally!

I have been thinking of writing this review for a few months now because there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am for each employee and volunteer at Prema at Ashton Hills. I have been thinking of writing this review for a few months now because there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am for each employee and volunteer at Prema at Ashton Hills. I wholeheartedly appreciate the exceptional level of care my mom receives, the impeccable and pristine condition of the building, the professionalism and genuine kindness of employees and volunteers, and the warm family environment. Every time I visit my mom I have enjoyed conversations with volunteers and employees. I also participate in some of the activities when visiting her, and they are a lot of fun! My mom enjoys going on the Prema bus to restaurants and the nail salon, as she enjoys social activities. The employees and volunteers have had a positive impact on me because it is hard at times to see the physical and mental changes in a family member, and for this, I am grateful.

The facility is beautiful and clean. Food is good. The area they could improve on is individual attention. When the residents need assistance to eat, they are not very attentive. If the resident is uncooperative, they want to medicate them.

Beautiful place for elderly.

Overall the facility and staff are great. The facility is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and caring. There have been some hiccups, but they were addressed quickly. They take safety and health seriously, and the activities are nice. The only negatives are really (1) cost, it's more expensive than other comparable facilities and I can't exactly pin point why, and (2) the food options have not been great (my Mom often complains about it, so we have to supplement). Lastly, although I can't say it's anyone's fault, but there is almost no diversity in residents. My mom is one of 3 black residents, and the only one on the assisted living side of the facility.

Prema at Ashton Hills was very nice and elegant. It was a little bit more pricey and upper class. They have activities. The manager was very nice. In fact, she's contacted me a couple of times since then.

We toured and it is a beautiful facility, and the residents seemed happy and entertained while being cared for by their sweet staff. We ended up not needing to move my mother here yet, but I have to say that Jennifer, Melissa, Heather and Robin took so much time to discuss our particular needs with us, make recommendations on things that may help our family and they really took time with us to understand our needs and I’m completely blown away by how much these ladies care, whether it benefits them or not. Thank you all for your kindness! You are truly appreciated.
