3.0 · 5 reviewsMy loved one lived there for almost 4 years and the property turned from a care home to a rooming house. No care is offered. The only caretaker is the owner and he only provides 2 meals a day, laundry every 2 weeks. Bathroom and resident rooms filthy. No assistance whatsoever. If the resident needs emergency or other assistance, then it is up the the resident to get assistance. The owner/ caregiver will not cal 911, ambulance or anything else. Our loved one died 4 weeks after he, himself called for assistance.
I have had really good communication with the owner, and I really appreciate that. I don't really have any complaints, nothing I haven't been happy with or need to see improved. It's worked out pretty well so far.

The staff at Petal's Personal Care Home are very professional, warm and friendly. They really go above and beyond to ensure that the needs of my step-father are entirely met. Petal's is unlike many care establishments that I visited previously, as it actually has the look and feel of being home!
Excellent. Very clean and just like home. Nicer than any house I've lived in. In a quiet neighborhood.
