I am writing to share my positive experience with our former resident manager, Ms. Brenda Shivers. I was saddened to learn of her departure, as she was a remarkable asset to your company. I am a current resident at Peake Pointe and have truly enjoyed living in this community over the past year. I am writing to share my positive experience with our former resident manager, Ms. Brenda Shivers. I was saddened to learn of her departure, as she was a remarkable asset to your company. Ms. Shivers consistently treated residents with genuine kindness and respect, and her presence contributed significantly to the positive atmosphere here. While I do not know the circumstances of her departure, I wanted to formally express my appreciation for her hard work and the professional, caring manner in which she managed the property. She will be greatly missed by the community, and I wish her continued success in her future endeavors. Thank you for your time and for maintaining such a wonderful place to live.
I’m a resident that stays at peake point apt our manager was a very sweet person and she was always nice and friendly she did what she supposed to do for us concerning the apartment always asking us if everything ok in our apartment she was an absolute amazing person I love her very much she always makes me smile when I’m down when I ask her any questions about my apt she always gave me a truthful answer and told me that she will take care of it and she did. She had people to come in to play games with us bingo. she did wonderful things with us, and I truly truly love her. She was a wonderful person.
Since I have to move to Peake Point this is the best thing I’ve done. I love out here so much. The manager is the one of the sweetest managers I know. She do her best to follow the rules out her. She make sure her resident follower the rules. You couldn’t have find no one sweeter and no one better then the manager you got at Peake Point now to do the job the way she does it. She’s a great manager.

I have had a very good experience at peake points. No issue the manager is very polite and does everything she can to keep the rules enforce. I haven't had a bad experience over here i only been here 2 months. So far I am pleased
Our experience living here has been very pleasant. The apartments are brand new and very clean. The environment is safe and secure. Also the property manager always calls me right back when I can't get hold of her. She does her best make sure our needs are met. She has always been kind and respectful. I would give Peake Point 6 stars if I could.
I give Peake Point 5 stars because this has been nothing but a very pleasant experience for me since I moved in over a year ago. The apartment is very beautiful and I am very pleased with it. The property manager has always been very kind, pleasant and patient. If she's not available she will return phone calls to assist you with your needs.
I can only speak for myself. No issues with the property manager. She has an open door policy. This is affordable housing and not assisted living, although accommodations are made for the residents. With that being said, the apartments are beautiful, very nice clean area.
The black woman in the office treats tenants unfairly some tenants can have certain accommodations While others cannot. Since my mother has moved into this property she has given my mother nothing but issues, disrespectful, false information and unwilling to help or answer simple questions at times; and asking for unneeded documents that violates my mother's privacy for health records in particular accommodations that she needs. I will be reporting this matter to corporate continuously.
