3.5 · 91 reviewsI like the way it's set up here. I like the aids. The facility is very clean and actually relaxing in a way. Everyone here is so nice and inviting. After retiring in the health care industry I know that facilities like this aren't perfect. But im happy here and everyday they strive for perfection at the end of the day that's all you can ask
therapy was very good. i had different therapist almost each time, all of them were very nice and respectful. the food here is fair. The people here all and all were very warm and inviting. if i’m ever in a position to need inpatient therapy, i wouldn’t hesitate to choose this place again.
This place is indeed very clean and professional....They make you feel right at home...the adminstrative staff is excellent and very helpful....but just like any other facilities in the business there are going to be some flaws..I can definitely say though the therapy side of things goes above and beyond to help with your return to home process...the nursing staff is wonderful...not to mention cheerful..all an all I would place them within the top 5...Great job day shift staff. Thanks for doing a great job Parkside.

Being here was an experience. The best thing about parkside is the laughter. Most of the staff and residents are trying everyday to keep this place happy. Most of everyone is so polite here. Every question ive asked was answered. Ms. Cherry Rubble is the best aid I've never seen in a place like this. I will recommend anyone to come here for therapy.
They treated me like a princess when I was here. And food was surprisingly good. Which was a shock because institutions like this normally do not have enjoyable food. The CNA’s treated me with dignity and care. If my family wasn’t so far away I would stay here. Physical therapists worked together and with the residents wonderfully. Giving each of us special attention to our needs. I can only hope the next place I go I will be met with the quality of care that I received here. Thanks parkside.
Being here the care was really good. Nurses and CNA'S were all really attentive to my needs being here. I always a had questions and they were all answered in a timely manner. Physical therapy was also great as well. I had a really good experience being here.
My mother has been at this facility since November of 2025. There are some very good caring nursing staff but There are just as many others that are not so caring or competent staff. Along with support staff which appears to either steal or lose people's personal belongings and clothing and administration does not seem to be able to remedy that situation.
Collette Wright - ex director, Miss Angela Jones- admin, and Mr. Quan of the cleaning team are all doing their very best to get my father’s rehab moving forward!! The team works hard to provide solid healthcare results.
