Atmosphere from the minute you walk in at the Customer Service desk was professional and courteous. Kudos to nurse Geraldine and Nurse assistant Abena. Parkside at Budd Terrace Nursing & Rehab Center, ATL. I would like to recommend PS@BT for your rehabilitation and health needs. I was fortunate to a beneficiary of their service twice this year 2026. From 1/14/2026-2/3/2026. On both occassion I was satisfied with the care I received. I was readmitted again from April 2, 2026-May 3, 2026. They have an excellent physical dept with caring and engaged therapist, for all ages and abilities. The staff overall mannerism is friendly, caring and respectful. They offerer patients with a variety of programs; for enjoyment, education, and restoration. It isn't a perfect facility, as things and places can be, in life generally. To continue to uphold to be its best. Suggestion and recommendation should always be offered and welcomed.
Markita Palmer, Samantha Rainford , Peggy Alston, Lorette treated my father so very well. He was always clean and happy. The atmosphere on the second floor was very pleasant. They treated my father like he was family. The care was superb and they responded to his needs in a timely manner. The floor was always clean. The variety of activities allowed my father to experience fun and meaningful interactions with both residents and staff.
My therapy here was good , Sean and Pet are good therapist and been so kind to me. They have helped me a lot . As well nurse j.walker ,Donna ,Anita, tamiko are some of the best caregivers I have met. My CNA molly and Angela my my stay awesome. And the front desk receptionist Sharon is conversational and pleasant . These staff members are definitely top tier.
This is my second time at this facility, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff made a positive impact on my experience, and I would like to thank several individuals for their outstanding care and support. Nurse Samantha on the 2nd floor went above and beyond and did an amazing job with my hair. Thank you, Samantha, for your kindness and dedication. I would also like to thank Shameka at the front desk and Nedwin Pierre, the social worker, for always making me laugh and for addressing my concerns with care and professionalism. Michelle is amazing at what she does and was a pleasure to work with. Even though I was staying on the 6th floor, I thoroughly enjöyed visiting the ladies on the 2nd floor and made sure to stop by every day. Thank you all for your exceptional care, compassion, and support. You made my stay a wonderful experience.
Both PT Sean and OT Kat starting 4/29/2026 have provided expert therapy using a professional approach with good humor. Along with physical improvement, their outlook on life provided me with a daily lift and much motivation. I appreciate all they’ve done for me! Pictures before starting therapy and after receiving therapy. LaTonya social worker is outstanding! Within less than a day was able to activate my release date working with multiple departments to coordinate my release approval. She’s very professional and personable. Great attitude. 5-star rating in my view!! Angela Graham, CNA from the 6th floor, performed with unending energy in providing kind care with much experience. Angela responded rapidly to my every request and need. Friendly and with warmth, she provided support and helped me keep up my spirits!
