Park Springs accounting refused to reverse an erroneous charge of $25.44 for a “guest meal”. My client was unconscious and actively dying and had been suffering from Dementia for YEARS. There is no way she was able to authorize a guest meal. Took it to the CEO Jeff Helms who told me the charges were legitimate. Park Springs also continued to charge my client for Skilled Care, laundry and phone after her death on November 7 until we vacated her room on December 10. Entirely incredulous.
This facility and staff are outstanding. They are super friendly, client oriented, and willing to do whatever it takes to help families of loved ones in this facility. It is beautiful, the food is good, and if someone doesn't like something, they are offered something else. My mom was just admitted there last week. From the tour by Sarah and Lucke, to their personalized service to get my mom in there in two days prior to the Labor Day holiday from Emory Hospital to the personal attention by Charlotte, activity director on the memory unit, these guys are killing it!!! Not to forget Miranda…

Not to forget Miranda that came personally to Emory to assess my mother, and the rest of the nursing staff on that unit. who are happy, friendly, and service oriented. You couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you so much. Mitch
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Stephanie Lucke, Sarah Wood, Vivica McClain, Sherry Fortner, and Chef Ron. This outstanding team gave us a true 5-star welcome and went above and beyond to make my uncle Don’s intake process smooth. They were extremely accommodating, communicative, and professional every step of the way. Thanks to their quick responses and genuine care, my family feels confident that Don is in good hands. We are so relieved and grateful that he is now settled and part of the Park Springs community.
The facility itself is beautiful. However my interaction with one of the staff is enough for me to turn away. If you ever have the displeasure of working with a coordinator named Joey then I offer my deepest sympathies. He seems like the kinda person that they put on day shift so he can be watched and monitored
Lovely retirement community!!
The member just sit at the table from 5 o’clock all the way to 8 o’clock. This is the food they are feeding them.
People love the amenities and activiities.
Beautiful place for people over 70, with lots of activities.
