Titeanna Malcom is the very best CNA that has taken care of me. She is quick but thorough, super friendly and someone I can trust to do things when she sayssshe will. She has even stepped in when my light is on but my assigned CNA is unavailable. This place needs a lot more Titeanna’s to take care of their residents like she does!
My sister recently stayed at this facility and I want to recognize two exceptional CNAs, Eileen and Adler. They didn't just meet her physical needs-they also offered friendship that made a difficult time much easier for her. Thank you for your outstanding care.
Just spoke with Meschelle the wound care nurse. Amazing coordination between the Podiatrist, Wound Care Doctor, and Wound Care Nurse. Each time she calls Meschelle is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and has a calm confidence. Meschelle explains the condition, plan, what she has checked and what will be followed plus answers my questions fully. I’ve been a Nurse for 44 years with many years in supervision. This is absolutely top notch Nursing care and my family is very appreciative! Thank you for your time evaluating, treating, facillitating , calling, and teaching. Exceeds my expectations!!
I'm glad that this nursing home have lot of families that give them good reviews. My husband went to this place for rehab, he was staring dialisis and have heat problems. He was very weak, and Piedmont hospital send him to park place to help him recuperate his strength. The first night he expended taking care his room mate, my husband screaming and not staff answer the old red botton, his roommate falls from the bed. His roommate had surgery and he was desoriented, when finally they show up he was in the floor and my husband trying to help him. The next day they get rid of the roommate. The second roommate that my husband had escape from the hospital, with out them realizing that he was gone and they keep asking my husband about him, really, I'm like a wife couldn't believe these people's. work ethic. None off them deserve a star. They never answer the call form the patients until is too late. I was there everyday bringing and giving a shower to my husband, because they don't give showers. . They treat me with not consideration at all. Not even a good morning or have a nice day they didn't offered me a shair to seat down, no bathroom. They didn't want me to be comfortable because they didn't want me there, for me not to see how they treated the residents. This park place is not even for animals and if you love your love ones, please don't send them to this place. One night they called me letting me know that my husband fall from the bed. My poor husband wanted to use the bathroom and like always they didn't answer his call. He was a fall risk patient because he have mobility problems, he couldn't even move with out help but he was desperate to go to the bathroom. I was there him because he don't complain, and he didn't have the energy😢. Before the 20 days. They started harassing me about him been discard. I call the insuranc and they told me that the facility, park place needed to send an appeal for a new case. The rooms are very small, the food it's not even make for animals. My husband who was 243 pounds didn't fix in the bed and when I asked them they always said that they can not do anything about it. The day that they discharging him was a show, they pushed my husnad in the truck with out precautions, two days late he went back to the hospital with corona virus, yes, they have an infection of corona virus. I still have the call from them telling me about using mask, to protec the residents they are the one who needed to do someyhing with the infectation in the facility, thanks God I didn't catch anything but my poor husband came out with corona virus, then they wanted to bleme the hospital. THIS PLACE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATE!!! I CAN WRITE A BOOK ABOUT T THESE PEOPLE IN PARK PLACE REHAB. please don't take your love one to this facility. If you care about them, if you want to get rid of them this is the right place. Don't believe the pictures all of them are created by IA. 🙄
I would never recommend this facility to anyone — not now, not ever. While there were a few staff members who genuinely cared and did their best, their compassion was overshadowed by the overwhelming dysfunction of this place. My loved one went in seeking rehabilitation and support, and instead came out in worse condition than when they arrived. What we witnessed was heartbreaking: neglect passed off as treatment, chaos presented as structure, and a level of indifference that no family should ever have to face. Our concerns were brushed aside, communication was inconsistent, and the environment felt unsafe from the very beginning. It was so bad that employees were being hired and quitting the very next day — and honestly, after seeing how people were treated, I can understand why. A rehab facility should help people heal, not leave them more damaged, more fragile, and more traumatized. This experience shook us deeply and opened our eyes to how poorly run this place truly is. The few good staff members deserve better, and so do the people who come here hoping for help. I strongly urge anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere. I would not trust them with a loved one again for even a moment. Families deserve better. People seeking help deserve better. No one should have to go through what we did.
This is my first time here. Thanks to the staff and nurses I’ve seen a 110 percent change in my mother in law She is smiling more and talking more. Also I came across CNA Eileen she is awesome she takes care of my mother in law and my mother speaks well of her. She is always taken great care of her. My mother in law speaks highly of Ms.Eileen and her hair looks fabulous. Thank you Park police for having such awesome CNA and nurses.. I would recommend this place to everyone and any one looking for nursing and rehabilitation. Barbara and Marcus Brown family of Mrs. Blackmon
Being here 5 weeks so far I have had nothing but great things to say food great, residents really sweet,Staff awesome they really are in touch with how u feel. But most of all I want to say I watched the concierge change and scrub a room in a short period of time for the next patient to arrive the whole time she kept saying how first impressions a so important and she did with a smile even though it was time. To go home. They're the best. And deserve a big shout especially Faíth.
Lenite Harris was absolutely awesome. She has compassion for the patients here and for the caregivers she has an excellent attitude about giving care reflects well on your organization.
