Under no circumstances should you allow your loved ones to stay in this facility. As soon as you walk in the building the ammonia smell from the urine and feces , which lingers throughout the whole building is overwhelming. The place is so filthy It's not fit for a dog. My father was sent here for rehabilitation and was placed in a bed with stains and hair on it, and they let him sit in his own urine. The Murray county state license board should be notified immediately about this place along with the state! This place obviously has not been evaluated by anyone. It is deplorable conditions. I…

Under no circumstances should you allow your loved ones to stay in this facility. This place did my mother absolutely dirty. As an RN of 46 years and an employee of 7 years( Mind you, a very dedicated employee whose residents loved her ) was approached on shift and was told that her position was going to be no more and that they were downsizing staff. She could take a second position weekend shift. My mother is 63 years old and was a senior employee. Even with seniority they went behind her back and chose her. With no reason why. She couldn't work second on weekends if she wanted to. Now they are lying saying she resigned and are trying to keep unemployment from paying. Turns out, they are hiring for the same positions she told was being taken due to "overstaffing" that place was hardly ever staffed like it should have been before this bs. I know how nasty this place is. I'm sure without my mother there it's a lot worse off. Do not send your family here. They are just profit. It's nothing else to the people running it, and half of the staff is incompetent. I was being generous with that number.
Worst facility I have ever seen, you can never reach anyone on the phone and my dad's snacks, drinks and belongings are constantly being taken by someone on Sunday 1/25 my sister left him 11 small bags of chips on Wednesday when I went to visit the drawer was empty he can't walk so he's not getting them he has also had his watch stolen, blankets, clothing and Leon the director of this place is a joke doesn't care when we express concerns about any of this I'm going to call the local news team and see if I can get them out there.
My dad is currently here but I have trouble getting anyone to answer the phone always get mailbox is full I've been trying to call for days really upsets me knowing they have a operator that should be taking all calls 😡😡
Won't take you if your a former addict. Places like this don't need to be in business.
My mom is here and so far everyone is absolutely amazing.
