4.8 · 85 reviewsI only gave this five stars so that someone would read this. It really doesn’t deserve any stars. Trying to get someone to call you back from there is ridiculous. No one ever returned your calls. I have the manager, cell phone number and have text her and called her. Still no reply. My brother was a patient there. He unfortunately passed away in February of this year. I won’t go into details. However, upon picking up his stuff, I was told that I would be getting a refund for when he was moved into Hospice House. I have reached out several times regarding this, and no one has called me back…

I only gave this five stars so that someone would read this. It really doesn’t deserve any stars. Trying to get someone to call you back from there is ridiculous. No one ever returned your calls. However, upon picking up his stuff, I was told that I would be getting a refund for when he was moved into Hospice House. I have reached out several times regarding this, and no one has called me back from the facility. Again, I will not go into details. I will never use this facility again for any member of my family. Not only because I can’t get a hold of anyone, but for several other reasons. If management At Roosevelt LLCis reading this, please Let me know how to get in touch with you. 4/29/2026. Very homely place with an excellent staff that is always there to help any way they can. Highly recommend Mountainside to anyone who is looking for a special place for their loved one. So glad we chose Mountainside!!!
Thank you Mountainside of Warm Springs for the care my beautiful Mother-in-law is receiving. The staff is professional and friendly. They keep their residents busy with activities. The residents are well cared for. The food is awesome. We're grateful for all you do for our precious family member. May God bless each of you!!

Yes I would recommend. My family was pleased with all aspects of our experience with Mountainside and Mom's. We picked this community because of the location.
Mountainside is the perfect place for mom. The staff are very caring, the food is good and they do activities to keep the residents entertained.
Mountainside takes great care of my mother-in-law. They are caring and love their residents. We feel very comfortable with the care she receives. It was a very positive move for her.
I had my mom in Mountainside of Warm Springs, and she loved it there. The girls there were great. I couldn't have asked for anything to be any better. It was an assisted living area, but my understanding is that the government was going to help me pay the $4295 for a room with no roommate, but they weren't. I came to find out I had to pay the $4295 for 120 days. That did not even mean that she was going to be approved or not, and then they would not refund my money. I couldn't do it, so I had to move her to a different nursing home. It's a beautiful facility. I wish my mother could have afforded to stay there because they took excellent care of my mother. It was just awesome. She was there for five days and then that's when we found out that I could not afford it, thinking that the VA was going to help me with it. If I could have afforded to leave her in there, the VA after 120 days would have taken care of her all the way. The girls over there just loved my mom. They were on it.
