I had family in the “personal care” we had a terrible experience, my family member was not cared for properly, the facility was often dirty.
Not a safe place for patients not enough staff please help them

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Misty Meadows is a little out of the way, but it is a beautiful area. The building is a bit older, but everything is well kept and clean. The staff all seemed very friendly and caring, and the place just had a cozy feel to it. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.
I think that this place was beautiful and it had so many rooms. The people in charge really knew what they were doing and they helped with whatever they could. The owners lived on the property and worked there. Meals were greatly prepared on time each day. the dietary needs of each and every resident were taken into effect. I do not think that there was anything that was missed. i would be proud to send a person in my family to this facility. It was also probably the cleanest facility that I have ever seen. I think that this is why there were so many residents from all over. The only thing that I did not like was how small the town was. there is no hospital in that town.
