Laura Stephens (the intake admin) is an extraordinary human being. The Americus campus is quite lovely, but they had us at Laura. 💐🙏💕 Outstanding facility!
Openly ignores court guardianship. Fails to notify family and guardians on care, falls, and care plans. Evidently this facility does not understand what guardianship is. They also talked my mother, who has dementia, into signing a contract for a private room. She complained two days later that they took her money for a year and she only signed up for a month. Had the director of social services tell me that Cobb County's order of guardianship was not valid. I lawyered up.

The staff is very nice. Food is good in cafeteria and it is handicap accessible everywhere and free wifi for residents and visitors. You just have to ask for the password. I was there to visit Miss Carol anne. One of my childhood best friends mom. RIP ZACH PEAK
I was a frequent visitor of the nursing center facility some time ago and the only good thing about it was their front desk receptionist. That girl was very polite and professional she wore khaki scrubs every time I saw her.Im not sure if she still works there I have not been there since late 2024 early 2025 but keep up the good work darling.
Absolutely horrible. Staff is neglectful and administration/administrators have the tendency to go on power trips instead of actually doing their jobs. Ive had about 2 years of experience with this facility and it was absolutely terrible. Real hard work isn't recognized .
Very well maintained
This location has slow dial up Internet, and poor, almost no service/reception for cell phones.
