My Grandmother loves Magnolia Hills. I go visit her as much as possible. The staff there make it feel like you never have to worry about a thing they have everything taken care of. My Grandmother is right at home. She loves the food. She says it's always perfect. Like a home cooked meal every single day. The staff are very sweet and kind not only to the residents but to there families as well..
Magnolia Hills Assistant living is amazing. My grandfather lives there and is right at home. The staff are so kind and accommodating. The food is home cooking at it's finest. The desserts are so delicious. Just like my Grandmothers made from scratch apple pies. He loves the bingo days and the art activity. Beautiful place for your loved ones to make a home.

My grandmother stayed for a short while. I just want to say the ladies that care for my elders are absolutely wonderful. I sat for an hour and spoke with Mrs. Melissa, when I tell you she was the kindest soul, I have no worries for my grandmother.
Best assistant living!!! They have the best employees and the kindest staff! Highly recommend!!
My mom was a patient from 2019 until May of 2025. In the beginning everything was OK. My mom needed very little help. They did her laundry, vacuumed her room and cooked her meals. A few years in they assisted her in the shower. My mom fell in the dining room & broke her knee. Unfortunately, this injury required surgery, rehab & then due to my mom's age & dementia she was unable to walk. More had to be done for my mom. Although it is very expensive to stay at Magnolia Hills minimal care is given. Assistance eating is considered too time consuming & would not be provided. The patient care employees are required to clean the rooms, which includes cleaning toilets, showers, bathrooms & vacuum. A cleaning staff should be hired. My mom has been under Hopice care 3 times a week, alleviating the staff of some duties.I feel like profit is more important than the patients. All the right things are said but actions speak louder than words. My 92 year old Mother deserved better.
Mimi and Susann are always very friendly and have great customer service. It is clear that they work hard to keep the facilities looking great and take care of the residence!
