Surprised about the less favorable reviews. The Facility's staff treats my Mother like a family member! All the RN, LPN, CNA, Social Director to Laundry Coordinator offer loving care with smiles, concern, and compassion. They know her by name, initiate funny conversation, and are inspiring to the residents. The facility is clean, and the residents seem happy. Mom especially enjoys 'Bingo', Movie-time, and Arts and Crafts to stimulate her mind. Most of all she loves the Staff... and they love her.
Horrible nightmare of a place. It may seem fine from the outside but it is not. very poor patient care, very little help offered, bad things happening here on daily basis. worst place ive ever been.
Such an amazing place . Very skilled ...Laid back ... And welcoming staff I have ever met. My father broke his hip and it's like he is home there just happy and ready to heal. Thank you guys for a very special job that y'all are doing so freaking well.
These people won't answer the phone. You can't check on your loved ones. It really sucks
My Dad has been there since June. I don't know what they do with his clothes, because he has lost SOOOO many clothes there even though I put up a sign that Family will do laundry. Initially when he got there for rehab for a total knee replacement, they took good care of him... but now he probably don't get a shower once every two weeks or even less than that!
My dad was recently there. When we went to pick him up there was a pile of trash under his bed and the floor was grimy. I can’t tell the place doesn’t get cleaned regularly. At one point he asked me to go ask the nurses to get him some medicine and they flat out lied and just ignored us. When we got home he told me how horrible the experience was and he felt like if he stayed any longer he wouldn’t have made it. He would have been better off coming home. I would absolute not let your loved one end up here. They lack compassion and don’t communicate well at all.
Getting a little ridiculous when you want to call and check on loved one on second shift and keep getting hung up on. This been going on several months. Or they dont answer at all. Especially when the loved one has a desperate need. And now same is happening on first shift when the receptionist who does an excellent job is not there. And now they have dont have weekend receptionist on weekends. If you do get to talk with someone they do not do what you ask them to do. Been trying to get my husbands phone charged for the last 4 days.
Very clean facility
