I have to say this that my brother is living in this home of Lowe's Guardian Angels. My brother has been here since 2019 I placed my brother here after my parents passed away because I had to put him in a place that would help him because I works 10 hour shifts everyday and I wanted him to be helped and they have a center (a school) and he loves school. This place used to have 2 ladies or (aids) to take care of these guys which is great because I know this job is overwhelming for one person, but during and after COVID this place has went down hill my brother has been in and out the hospital he's had staphylococcus more than once, I brought him clothes and his television most of his clothes are missing I brought him shoes and their missing this place is a mess, I use to pick him up and bring him to my house but after I took him to the hospital for staphylococcus they don't like for me to take him to my house anymore, the new lady that's in charge is very unkind I can't believe that she's has an attitude because I LOVE MY BROTHER this place needs out by the State or whomever it is that truly care about the handicapped but this is my opinion.
This company needs their license revoked from operating in any State! I am the parent of a Developmental Disabled Adult, who is currently MISSING!!!! Yes she was left under the care of a Host Home Provider and no longer wanted to be there due to the abuse & neglect from the host home provider. The HHP has swindled money from my daughter and has not to this day provided receipts. Neither has the owners, They are not trained to handle people with disabilities. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THIS COMPANY!
My name is Teresa Echols I am just waiting Little guardian Angels I have a daughter that goes there I give them a bad stuff they have brought so much joy to Essence Reed she is happy everyday she goes and she is happy everyday she comes out they have told her to love herself and she can love others they have did so much so much great working her life the little short time she's been there I recommend if anybody's looking for a Day program for their loved ones Lord guardian Angels is the place I love them to the moon and back and I really really do appreciate what they are doing for essence
