But be prepared to go offsite for all healthcare services if you desire any quality of care - it’s a big part of the sales pitch but if you are needing inpatient rehab or outpatient PT, DO NOT USE LENBROOK’s FACILITIES. Inpatient: If you’ve ever been to a real rehab facility you will see this place is severely lacking. The “nurse’s station” looks like a closet that they crammed 2 computers into. The Dr (Jackson) is only there 1 day a week…

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEIR “REHAB” & “PT/OT” …it’s a complete joke. If you’re white, healthy and wealthy, you’ll find that’s the clientele Lenbroook sells. But be prepared to go offsite for all healthcare services if you desire any quality of care - it’s a big part of the sales pitch but if you are needing inpatient rehab or outpatient PT, DO NOT USE LENBROOK’s FACILITIES. Inpatient: If you’ve ever been to a real rehab facility you will see this place is severely lacking. The “nurse’s station” looks like a closet that they crammed 2 computers into. The Dr (Jackson) is only there 1 day a week and “pops in” with his hand on the door & doesn’t know the answers to individualized questions about the patient. One small example - patients are left unshowered for weeks (yes weeks!) and there is no communication protocol. Our loved one has been there twice and will NOT be using Lenbrook’s inpatient facilities ever again. OUTPATIENT PT/OT: Bernadette is dishonest and full of excuses. She should be ashamed of her callous behavior and her disdain for the residents and her job. I represent a loved one and she obviously can bamboozle and run roughshod over the elderly compliant residents - clearly balks at working with their families instead. Bernadette stands in the way of residents recovering & maintaining their strength and health, and has zero accountability. Elderly people need these services, so Lenbrook should get their act together, stop pretending to offer them and doing the bare minimum, and hiring people who are not qualified for the jobs. Shameful and dangerous. It’s a BIG red flag when nobody gives out their last name, direct line or their email address preventing you from communicating in writing - the concierge desk won’t tell you anybody’s info either. Once your loved one is declining, my opinion is that Lenbrook will fail them for sure. But they take their money with a slick smile.

I have lived at Lenbrook for a year and three months and am delighted that I made the decision to come here for my final residence. I was seeking continuing care from active independent living to health care as needed. All is available at Lenbrook. My apartment home is lovely and the spectacular view of Atlanta parallels the best in the city. Most importantly, the people here are wonderful. The associates in every department are talented, highly qualified, and always friendly and kind. The residents make every effort to welcome you and include you in all of the many available activities from symphony concerts to croquet. Finally, the food and food service are excellent from fine dining to casual terrace dinners, lunches, brunches, and happy hours. Lenbrook’s location in the heart of Buckhead is ideal. Excellent shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are available within a one mile radius. Lenbrook is a great and very fun place to live. I highly recommend it.
The people who have chosen Lenbrook to live are all interesting people with many different backgrounds and experiences. This always leads to wonderful conversations. The staff couldn't be more friendly and supportive as well, learning our names and preferences quickly. My 12 years here have been wonderful.

The process of moving from Florida,. after my husband had passed away was a little overwhelming. The Lennbrook movers made it so easy. They packed up my furniture & unpacked my furniture and hung all my pictures. I walked into a beautifully decorated apartment & drawers filled my clothes. Weekly housekeeping is also a special bonus! Many restaurant choices are available if you don’t feel like cooking. I appreciate all the staff here. They are friendly and caring.
