I enjoyed the therapy, every minute of it. Helped me a lot. Thank you legacy for everything.

My family had a very troubling experience with Legacy Transitional Care and Rehab involving the care of my aunt. My aunt is bedridden and dependent upon others for some of her most basic needs. During her stay, she was left sitting in her own urine and feces for an unacceptable amount of time. Seeing someone you love in such a vulnerable and undignified condition is heartbreaking. As an Orthodox Christian, I do not want to write this review out of anger, hatred, or a desire to attack anyone personally. Every person involved is made in the image of God, and I pray for everyone who works there.…

Every person involved is made in the image of God, and I pray for everyone who works there. At the same time, loving our neighbor does not mean remaining silent when a vulnerable person is not being properly cared for. Christ teaches us, “as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me” (Matthew 25:40). The elderly, sick, disabled, and bedridden deserve compassion, dignity, cleanliness, and attentive care—especially when they are completely dependent upon others. I sincerely hope the administration takes situations like this seriously, determines how this was allowed to happen, and makes whatever changes are necessary so that another patient and another family do not experience the same thing. I am not asking anyone reading this to hate or condemn the people who work here. I am simply asking that vulnerable human beings be treated with the dignity and compassion that every person deserves.

Ms. Tracey and Melissa in wound care is phenomenal. She reassured me that she will look out for my father’s wounds and didn’t get frustrated when I asked a thousand questions lol. Thank you Ms.Tracey and Melissa

Legacy has been a very good experience. The care staff, the administrator and the wound care. Unbelievable i have to commend housekeeping as well. Great facility to send your family. Signed Mr. Harold Wilson!

I had a very positive experience with Legacy Transitional Rehab in Atlanta, GA. After my uncle was discharged from Grady, their team stepped in and provided excellent care during a very important transition period. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and truly committed to his recovery and overall well-being. Nechelle Baldwin, the Director of Admissions and Omar, the rehab Director were both amazing! They answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns by being very transparent and communicating all next steps and care plans. They made sure he felt supported, safe, and respected every step of the way, which gave our family great peace of mind. The only issue we encountered was related to staffing shortages, which unfortunately led to several items of his clothing being misplaced. While this was disappointing, it did not overshadow the level of care and dedication shown by the team. Overall, I would still highly recommend Legacy Transitional Rehab for their professionalism, quality of service, and the genuine care they provide to their residents.
