The staff has been so helpful and friendly every time we are there. Nana has only been there for 3 days but seems to be well taken care of and says the food is good. Thank you to Becky, Tiffany, Noel and Christina and everyone else for helping us navigate through this transition. Update...So Nana has been there for a little over a month now the issues are coming to the surface. The communication is sub par on the administration level. I have called and emailed these two ladies yet no return call or email. I don't think her apartment nor the floors in the main areas have been cleaned since…

We are paying dearly for this facility and this is unacceptable! I will say the techs (Christina & Noel) have been great and super helpful and Sam is helpful and responds to emails and answer calls.
I contacted Laurel Lodge Assisted Living for information only, and Becky Bowman was incredibly helpful from the very start. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every option available for my family member. What really stood out was Becky’s kindness and follow-up. I contacted Laurel Lodge Assisted Living for information only, and Becky Bowman was incredibly helpful from the very start. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every option available for my family member. What really stood out was Becky’s kindness and follow-up. Even though we ultimately didn’t need to place our loved one in the facility, she continued to check in and see how things were going. That level of genuine care and attention was truly appreciated. Becky’s professionalism, compassion, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend reaching out to her if you are considering senior living options.

I met with Becky at Laurel Lodge and she was absolutely wonderful explaining details about this wonderful facility. It was a very friendly and warm environment, which is very important when looking for a place for my father in law.
My mom and brother are now residing at Laurel Lodge. The entire staff from administration, med techs, maintenance, house keeping, food service, have just been wonderful to us. The Lodge provides activities and both my mom and brother participate in daily (exercise). The Lodge provides a beauty salon with the sweetest beautician, chiropractor, and podiatry services on a set schedule. The food has been well received and the care and concern for my family has been heartwarming. Everyone here is approachable and listens well to any concern or request and acts on it immediately. I truly have a Peace of Mind knowing they will be well taken care of in my absence. A huge shout out to Carly, April, Sam, Becky, Chelsea, Ken, Christina, Noel, James, Alexis, Heather, LaFredia, Misty, Sheba, Stormy, Kaitlyn, Gracen. I so appreciate all that you all do each day to help us!
What a fantastic place to have care for your loved one! Chelsea A. really goes above and beyond to meet the needs of families, and is extremely willing to answer any questions that we have. The facilities are clean, well kept, and all amenities are up-to-date. Such a blessing to have so close to home!
Carly and April are so kind and compassionate. They helped me move my loved one in and took such great care of the entire process. They listened to our concerns and made the whole process so easy.This is an exceptional community and I am so glad that our family now gets to be a part of it.
I really can't say enough of how kind and caring the staff is here. My mother passed away this week and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Frieda, Heather, Christy and Alexis as well as many others were so helpful to not only my mom but the family as we weathered this trying time. I wish my dad had the same care and kindness from another facility in dawsonville but that was not our experience.
