4.3 · 45 reviewsI was on the phone with my husband, overheard a lady talking down and disrespectfully to contractors she had on the property. Management is obviously lacking in professionalism. It’s no wonder there are so many bad reviews.
My mother-in-law was a resident at Kimberly for nearly 5 years until her passing. We have a large family and we all visited frequently at varios times of day throughout the week. The staff was very caring and attentive in spite of the extraordinarily challenging demands of their profession. We often encouraged them with our words and small tokens of appreciation. We also conversed with residents in the common areas, noting that some rarely or never had visitors. Mom enjoyed the homestyle food and we did too. My friend moved into Kimberly Personal Care Home. The staff is wonderful. They have three meals a day. It's very neat and very well cared for. It's very small, with only 38 beds, but the place is meticulous. They have bingo several times a week and various things.

Director wasn't friendly,didn't ask me did I have any questions didn't make you feel welcomed entering the building definitely will not go back to this facility ,went in to apply for a job after I spoke with someone over the phone told me that they were hiring took my application sat it down didn't take the time to go over it to see if I qualify
I had an in-person tour of Kimberly Personal Care Home. It looks very nice. It's like a big house. I hear the food is good. The staff was very nice. She showed me around and answered any questions I had. I know they have bingo all the time. They have people who come in and sing. They have church several times a week.
Kimberly Personal Care is a very caring and compassionate and loving facility...employees go over and beyond to make sure our loved one is getting the very Best Care...if you are looking for a great place for your loved one..Kimberly is awesome... I want to THANK EACH CAREGIVER AT Kimberly Personal Care Home and Management for all the love and compassion that my sister has received since moving into the facility just a few weeks ago., it has been like night and day from where we moved her from., At Kimberly EVERYONE truly cares for the residents and shows them the upmost respect and love for each person, they go in checking on them every 2 hrs., even through the night and during the day keep my sister busy with activities ...they keep water there by her night stand to continue to get [name removed] to drink water as people should know that is very important to avoid UTI...and they encourage her to drink because she forgets...The food is so good and healthy and always hot when served...it is always clean and they never even let my sister's clothes in her dirty clothes basket get full...they change her sheets every Thrusday....(WHICH NEVER HAPPENED AT THE OTHER PLACE, I WOULD CHANGE HER SHEETS MYSELF TO KNOW THEY HAD BEEN DONE
