The name has changed to Ignite at Palmetto Park and that really embodies the spirit of invigoration that has changed it. There are many interesting activities and outings and in house entertainment that goes on here. We have an excellent administrative staff in the front office as well as a very hard working maintenance staff that will attend to your work order promptly. I have been here almost 5 years and it is getting better all the time. The name has changed to Ignite at Palmetto Park and that really embodies the spirit of invigoration that has changed it. There are many interesting activities and outings and in house entertainment that goes on here. We have an excellent administrative staff in the front office as well as a very hard working maintenance staff that will attend to your work order promptly. The food has become steadily better and it is their pleasure to serve you. The servers are well-trained and are efficient, kind, and attentive to the residents. Overall, this independent living facility is a good place to live and call home and I highly recommend it! There are also special incentives going on to make the price very enticing!
I’ve had a really positive experience overall. The staff is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The property is well maintained, and any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly. Communication has been clear. This is 100% the place to be.
We love that my mother in love lives here. She loves BINGO and plays 3 times a week. The staff is thoughtful and kind to the residents. They are friendly and helpful to us as well. We have lunch with her a few times a month and have come in at the end of their lunch time but they are still helpful and friendly.

My grandmother has been living here the past few weeks and asked me to write a review and share her wonderful experience. The residence and staff are wonderful and so welcoming. The food is some of the best you will find in a retirement complex (especially breakfast). She enjoys all the spaces from the coffee shop to the art room. The outdoor area and raised garden are beautiful.
Great retirement community. Very clean and pleasant.
The staff is kind, patient and caring...I like the fact that utilities and meals are included with the monthly rent...they have senior night out.. They take them to wal-mart and other places so the residents are able to get the things they need...we have no complaints...
Hard for healthcare workers to enter
It's a wonderful senior living community in advance of needing assisted living. Many activities, on-site and outtings, are available for the residents. My Mom's concern is food preparation, i.e. often salty or spicy. For seniors, there should be more concern with restricted diets.My concern is that a recent weekend late night fire alarm went off. Required an evacuation. However, there is no plan in place for residents that could not walk down the stairs. Fortunately, it was a false alarm.
