Beautiful facility with small apartments. Well kept, friendly management, and great community of older adults. Such a convenient location. Update: This review was for Clairmont Crest in Decatur, GA. It has been bought out and is no longer owned by the Baptist Retirement Homes group. I've heard that prices are much higher now so many residents had to find a new place to live.

Great staff. Clean complex. Folks living there are friendly and love living there. Alot of activities for the residents. My in-laws are settling in very nicely.

Very very nice retirement community
Nice and lovely resort location with prices as expected. Lovely new construction, older floor plan not as lovely. It is lovely and seems well integrated with the surrounding community. True independent living with no assisted options, should things change. Nice location on the lake but not all units have that view. $2,800 to $3,200 per month.
