Horizon Senior Village

Has not changed my moms smoke detector out, we had to unplug it. Rent has gone way up so the prices have changed from what is advertised. No one will return phone calls. The place has gone downhill on the last few years.

No one will ever answer the phone or call you back.

I can only rate on the staff and not returning phone calls. They are never in the office and don't return messages. I'm not sure how or who runs this complex but they need to do better.
