4.5 · 184 reviewsI’m at a total loss as to why these apartments are so expensive. They’re outdated, it smells bad, and the don’t have real chefs preparing the meals. They’re very old and much renovation is needed. The carpet needs to be removed out of the entire building. Carpet holds bad odors, allergens and other toxic things that aren’t safe for the residents. The heating/ cooling systems definitely need to be updated. There needs to be security on site 24 hours. Many other things need to be done to begin to ask these rediculous rates. You’re literally robbing these senior citizens. The staff is friendly…

I can’t say enough about Karena and Judy. They truly care about the residents and their families, and they work so well as a team. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help and assist the residents and their coworkers. Karena always has a beautiful smile on her face, no matter how busy she is, and she and Judy always show great hospitality to their guests ( vendors, healthcare providers, and others). I truly enjoy visiting Holiday Pinegate and socializing, conversing, and celebrating the residents birthdays with them monthly. Savannah is always kind and friendly also. The dietary…

I can’t say enough about Karena and Judy. They truly care about the residents and their families, and they work so well as a team. My mom lived at Pinegate from 2013 to 2019 and I took care of her during that time. When it came time to select a place for myself, I chose Pinegate because of my experience with mom. The staff is wonderful and the friendships you develop make life so much more enjoyable. There are a variety of activities in which to participate, and if you have a small dog or cat Pinegate is pet friendly. Come take a tour and find out what makes Pinegate so special!

Karena, Judy,Meko are amazing they keep us entertained at parties and during activities. The people of Pinegate are friendly and helpful as well as the accommodating staff. I would recommend this community to others.
I have been a long time resident of 16 years at Pinegate. The staff is accommodating and the food is pleasing. The activities are engaging. Karena keeps us busy .Pinegate is a great place to live , quiet, safe,and convenient to grocery stores,and pharmacist.
Great facility, i highly recommend. The staff is so kind and helpful. very nice place to stay
