When it came time to find a memory care community for our mom, we originally chose another facility. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew it wasn't the right fit. We immediately began visiting other communities, hoping to find a place where she would truly feel at home. Holbrook exceeded our expectations in every way. What truly sets Holbrook apart is the professionalism and compassion of the staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and genuine care. The staff doesn't just provide excellent care—they take the time to engage with each resident, making them feel valued, respected, and part of a community. Choosing memory care isn't just about where your loved one will live; it's also about the place you'll be visiting for the rest of their life. Knowing that Mom is surrounded by people who truly care gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Holbrook also offers incredible amenities and opportunities that enrich the lives of its residents, including a heated therapy pool, a fitness room, beautiful dining areas, and weekly field trips that keep residents active and engaged. We know Mom is loving her new home, and our entire family feels incredibly blessed to be part of the Holbrook family. We are grateful every day for the care, kindness, and dignity they provide.
I have moved my mother twice. Once into assisted living and 6 months later into memory care at The Holbrook Sugar Hill. Both moves were emotional and overwhelming to say the least. Amanda’s kindness, time and willingness to help with every detail made both transitions much easier. Highly recommend!
From the time that you walk-in to the community,for the very 1st time it will blow you away. The staff is amazing,Amanda and Erin are so easy to talk to its like family. Stacey the GM is very accommodating to all your needs. The place will just below you away,there is no comparison between Holbrook and any other community,its in its own league.

Our family experience at Holbrook was wonderful albeit short. We had a family member there for less than a month in early 2025. The staff were amazing! They worked with us to get our family member into the facility very quickly. We are very grateful for our time at Holbrook.
My mother has already moved into Holbrook of Sugar Hill. She's been happy with the food and the mealtimes, where she can meet and talk with people, and that's been a big plus for her. The staff has been very helpful so far. It's clean, and when you walk in, there's usually someone right there at the front desk who will help. She's already been involved in quite a few activities as well, like bingo and church services, and they have craft time, and they walk around the building and meet up. Value for money is good for what she's getting and what she is paying. I've been happy with everything. They come in and check on her so many times, also at night.
Holbrook-sugar Hill is a beautiful facility The move to assisted living was an easy transition with the helpful and friendly staff took a minute for my mom to get settled, but she is loving living there now I would highly recommend Holbrook
I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff of Holbrook. My mother lived here for almost a year before she passed and during her time there had some health challenges. Her kind caregivers (a special shout out to CeCe, Kiya and Bella) showed great compassion as she navigated those last few weeks. The facilities are beautiful, and everyone there from the director to the sweet ladies at the front desk knew my mother and worked to make her time there special. The activities director Diana was also great- so much energy and there were always activities or outings going on. If you are starting to research assisted living or memory care for your loved ones, reach out to Joy from Holbrook in Sugar Hill. You will not be sorry!
All of the staff at Holbrook are so warm and friendly! They really make an effort to ensure all of their residents enjoy living there. My mom has been there for 9 months and truly thinks of all of the staff as her extended family. She has made new friends and she enjoys going on the field trips to special events. The facility is very clean and always welcoming with seasonal decor. Whenever there is a problem or concern, the staff make every effort to make adjustments and correct the problem. I'm thankful to all of the staff at Holbrook, but especially to Amanda, Jessica and Gaye. They made the adjustment especially smooth! Thanks for all you do Holbrook!
