Based on my experience, Hillhaven is a true 5-Star facility in every respect. The staff consistently demonstrate exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion in the care they provide to their residents. Just wanna say how very unprofessional The lady that oversees the housekeeping is. I believe her name is Lisa. Very unprofessional especially talking bad about my child while at work. Very unprofessional behavior from her!!!
I was very pleased with the overall condition and performance of the building and staff! I visited Hill Haven recently and I saw nothing short of comfortable clean living. There were happy residents and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I even got to meet the new administrator who was so nice and personable and gave me a tour of the facility. The work they are putting into the facility to make it a clean, welcoming and overall good experience for the residents and the families that visit is top tier. Very impressed with the staff and facility. I highly recommend!

Love it here. We came to visit my great aunt on Mother’s Day and were delighted by the fun activities they had going on that day. Her room was well kept, she looked healthy and happy, we were very pleased with the whole experience. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone who asks.
The building is very well kept and smells very clean. We stopped in during the lunch hour, and the food smelled amazing! We met the new administrator, and he was so nice and welcoming. He is the reason why my brother and I chose this nursing home for our father. Thank you Trevor!
