I found bruises on my loved one after she was here, and she thought someone was trying to [removed]. I was concerned that there may have been some sort of elder abuse going on. Phyllis assured me that the caregiver would be her and one other person, but it was always someone different, everyday. She had a couple of caregivers that catered to her, and were really good, but some were not. She was the only resident there for a while. She would put her in the car and take her to the other…

Phyllis that runs this community is as sweet as can be, but I think she bit off more than she can chew. Phyllis assured me that the caregiver would be her and one other person, but it was always someone different, everyday. She had a couple of caregivers that catered to her, and were really good, but some were not. She was the only resident there for a while. She would put her in the car and take her to the other houses she ran, she had like four or five other care homes.
