The love, care and attention my mother received at Hamilton Mill Personal Care Home was truly exceptional, and beautiful. First of all, the home and surrounding property are pristine; clean, orderly, organized and welcoming. The common area, and each room/bathroom, are spotless. Bed linen and towels are provided; everything is white, and consistently clean. Every home-cooked meal, often fresh from the garden, is flavorful and nutritious. Hydration/drinking is a daily priority and closely monitored. The owners, Calina and Alin, are extremely knowledgable regarding health needs and medication, and observing any physical changes, however big or small. Everything to them is important to note. Communication is open and timely if anything needs to be shared, or addressed with family. Calina and Alin, and assistant Marie, welcomed my mother, and me, with such kindness from the moment we arrived. My mother was immediately assessed, and everything for her specific and personal needs were in place right away. Visiting hours are flexible and very generous, making daily visits very simple. I was always welcomed with smiles and hugs. Spending time outside with my mother, either front, or on the back porch, was a peaceful and quiet time to share together. Truly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hamilton Mill PCH and sincerely recommend that families consider touring it before making a decision for a loved one. HM PCH accepts five (5) residents at a time, with three (3)caregivers, Calina, Alin, and their assistant looking after them; with consistency, great knowledge, and love. Really, this quality of care only comes from the heart and it's important to consider how unique and individual this particular kind of situation really is. Based on my personal journey with my mother, I suggest anyone to take time to visit; look and ask questions. I am eternally grateful that my mother came to Hamilton Mill PCH, but I only wish it had been much sooner. Calina and Alin, thank you for sharing your love so kindly and generously. You are angels.

One of the standout features of Hamilton Mill is its cleanliness. The home is impeccably maintained and there are beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces to enjoy. Inside the home there are no unpleasant odors lingering in the air, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for residents and visitors alike. Mom especially enjoys the homemade meals and desserts. Overall, Hamilton Mill Personal Care Home has exceeded our expectations in providing top-notch care, a caring staff, and a clean atmosphere. My mom is very happy here and we can rest assured knowing she is in loving, compassionate and highly capable hands.
