My church Mom lives there and she receives the very best care 🌟 🌟 🌟
As you can see I have rated this facility as 5 star with regard to the cleanliness, physical environment and activities. My mother who had Alzheimer's but was in otherwise good health lived here for 1 1/2 years. I initially considered it a blessing, but then the owner became hostile to me as I was actively involved in my mother's life/care. There was insufficient supervision and my mother fell twice. After the first fall, I did not blame-accidents happen and there were no serious injuries. But then she fell again and broke her hip. That was when the owner became hostile toward me and would…
As you can see I have rated this facility as 5 star with regard to the cleanliness, physical environment and activities. That was when the owner became hostile toward me and would not take my advice or the physical therapist advise on how to assist my mother; she acted as if I was butting in. A speech therapist there to see my mother called me to tell me that the owner was rude to my mother and pushed her (even though my mother was recovering from a broken hip). I made plans to move my mother but she died 2 days before I could move her. She had developed aspiration pneumonia. I had noticed that the owner in attempting to get my mother to drink, forced water upon her. I would warn anyone of this facility.
My mom has been under the care of Grosvenor Pch for more than a year now. I can not say enough about the top-quality care she receives daily. The home is kept immaculate and the staff is caring, friendly, and well-trained. Grosvenor Pch was the right choice for our family in selecting a 'home away from home' for my mom.
Impressed with facility. Went unannounced. Owner was not there but staff member allowed me to tour and answered questions. Very clean neat 7-bed facility. Dad would have his own room and bath. Current residents include 3 black and 3 white women. Dad would be the only male. Residents were eating lunch-soup sandwich. All were clean well groomed. No smells. Beds were made and residents seemed well-kept. informed me that they have activities daily ie. picture word recognition singing games. House has large deck on back of house and chairs placed in the garage for outside activities. My family is concerned with the facility being all female
Place was very clean. An emergency was happening while I was there and it was handled well. Looks like a great place to live. Pricing too high. May go with the shared room if I can't find something less expensive.
Very much interested as it is close by & she would have her own bedroom. She is moved in! Thanks!!!
Lovely place. The residents are very active & I really like that. Lots of room.
