I cannot say enough about the Amazing people at Golden Crest of Morrow! The entire team there sincerely cares about and for the residents and their families. The facility is clean, food is wonderful, they have activities for the residents, the facility is smaller unassuming allowing time to be absolutely devoted to the residents. The care and love my Daddy received there was second to none. The Staff at Golden Crest of Morrow make all the difference and I truly appreciate that entire team!!! Thank You All!
. Very horrible place. Unorganized They don’t care about the residence. They don’t do nothing right. They just there. This is a memory care they don’t care .They just let them sit around or put them to bed. Some of the residents don’t Even come out their room . Most of the times they don’t eat breakfast. The food is horrible . Only thing look good is breakfast. The kitchen staff don’t wear hair nets. The state need to come in. They don’t encourage water to the residence. A very horrible place to put your love one Everybody quit they go other places because it’s a horrible place to work.
My aunt, Gert, was a resident of Golden Crest Morrow for 7-8 years. During her time there she had quite a few health challenges and the staff was always helpful in helping me provide her with the best care. During the pandemic, my aunt was lucky enough to never catch COVID, but during the lockdown process the staff kept me updated on her health. Her last few days on hospice the Director and staff were more than accommodating in allowing my family and me to visit my aunt at anytime until she passed. I am more than grateful for the staff at Golden Crest
We made the difficult decision to move our parents to GoldenCrest a couple of years ago. It was tough for us as their children to realize and act upon the fact that our parents were unable to properly care for themselves any longer. We have been very pleased with the care they received at GoldenCrest. GoldenCrest quickly became their home! From the loving care, home cooked meals, and arts and crafts GoldenCrest takes care of their every need. We lost our Mom a little over a year ago, but my Dad still calls GoldenCrest home. We were happy that he is safe and happy during this phase of his life. Thank you GoldenCrest!
This is very comfortable and homey environment for the patients. Once you get them out you will never want to go any other place. Stuck their for life.
Moved my Grandmother in early 2020. Absolutely wonderful staff, clean and respectful. General quality of living for my grandmother has drastically improved, she even seems more energetic and excited about events and new friends.
I like how the staff at GoldenCrest at Morrow interacted with the residents. You can tell that they're very well trained and comfortable with being around dementia patients and handling them when they're getting upset or if they're confused. The executive director seemed to be experienced. She had a lot of knowledge about dementia and she also has experience with Kaiser Insurance, so that's really helpful, too. I really like that they have a lake where the residents can fish, rather than just having a courtyard. They just need to update some of the outdoor amenities.
