5.0 · 5 reviewsMy mother spent the final year of her life here. Owner and staff are compassionate and caring. Always a quick response. Skilled staff. Easy transition with insurance, medical and associated paperwork. Pleasant and calming atmosphere.
Golden Age raises the bar for personal care homes in Georgia. I have been in many personal care homes that treated their residents poorly, had poor activities programs, poor nutrition programs, etc.. Golden Age is by far the best in North Georgia in all of the areas stated above. I worked as a hospice employee and had a few patients in here in 2013. Their impression has lasted with me since! Now that I operate a senior placement service, Golden Age is the first place I refer clients!
This has been the perfect fit for both my mother and me. [name removed] has made us both feel she is looking after things as if it were her family. I would not hesitate to recommend Golden Age Personal Care Home for either short term or long term care.

Clean great people. Private bathroom which is unique to other locations. Taking mom there on Monday 9/18 so she can talk with the people. This seems to be a good match for us
Awesome place. This is my first choice and hope that something will be available when we are ready.
