I have contacted them for months now trying to get the money back because he never made it there and they have yet to return it. each time I reached out to them, they told me that they are going to contact their boss. Then they gave me an email for the boss. The boss never answered my email.

My husband has moved into Enrich Senior Living of Norcross. It is a very caring community. They take pride in caring for their patients. The residents seem to be really happy. The food is good. The facility is clean. It doesn't smell. They have games. They have a football night and a movie night. They have physical therapy for the ones who need it. They also have different board games that they play with the residents. They have a podiatrist there. All the people that work there are certified in memory care. They have a barber that comes. My husband has moved into Enrich Senior Living of Norcross. It is a very caring community. They take pride in caring for their patients. The residents seem to be really happy. The food is good. The facility is clean. It doesn't smell. They have games. They have a football night and a movie night. They have physical therapy for the ones who need it. They also have different board games that they play with the residents. They have a podiatrist there. All the people that work there are certified in memory care. They have a barber that comes. They have a person that comes to take care of the ladies' hair, if they so desire.

Smaller and pretty old community.
Thank you to the staff and special thanks to Executive Director Kimberly Simmons!!! She is the greatest! I am so thankful I was able to get Mom in Enrich @ 519, especially as the Corona Virus was starting to get serious. Kim and the staff are taking good care of Mom. I haven't talked to any of them that doesn't know how Mom is that day, how much she ate, how she's feeling and doing. Mom is going to be 96 in 2 months so Enrich being able to care for her is pretty amazing. Impressing me is hard for any place and they have done a good job at that. Keep up the good work! 3/18/2021 One Year Later - I am still thankful for being able to get Mom into Enrich. They took such good care of her. I work around the corner so still drive by everyday and am grateful to the staff for helping us out so well.
The ladies that run the Enrich Senior Living of Norcross were lovely people, but the location would be difficult for me to see my brother, because of the traffic going there. The room was extremely small, and that was the studio. They also have activities, but the number of people they interact with at any given time is much smaller, and that's due to COVID. The services they offer include help in clothing, bathing, and medications.
We chose Enrich at 519 because we were in a time crunch and they had availability and the value for the money. I also liked them, because of the director, she worked with us to make sure the price was right and was very accommodating. The location is also good, it is very accessible. It is also a secure facility, there is a rod iron fence around it so no one can get out or come in without notice which is something we were looking for. The room sizes are perfect, it looks like it used to be a hotel room. Communication has been ok, I do have to reach out to them more than they reach out to me. She has had to have repairs done to her room and those have not been accomplished yet. I would recommend to others looking.
They have just given up on all of it zest in the way the facility is ran and the respect and Love for the citizens that occupy the residence. With no luster or compassion as they were ,we were led to believe, before. They are in desperate need of new management!! God bless and protect the residence and their families that remain there 🙏🏾
