4.4 · 11 reviewsMy family has used their swing bed services multiple times and have always had a great experience. The nurses are caring and the case managers are always available to hear the concerns of the family.
Our mother received exceptional care. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone needing swing bed services. Physical therapy was provided twice a day, five days a week, along with occupational therapy on a regular basis. Mom says anytime she requested help the response was almost immediate, and she was always met with quick, pleasant assistance. We could tell from the begining, the goal was to get Mom well and transition her from the hospital to home in a timely, appropriate manner. A special thank you to Pat and all of Mom's care providers. My father was cared for at Effingham Care Center for a short period of time prior to his death. The level of compassion and care shown by everyone who cared for him was such a comfort to me. The nurses are basically angels on Earth. Their kindness and patience made an extremely difficult time for us a little bit less hard.
