But he will be what he is now for the next 20 yrs. You can’t expect much from this facility 0 for quality care and 0 for shuts given

You call and can't hardly get anybody to the phone my sister is in there, and what I do know I don't appreciate how she is treated. Because half the time they don't give her her medicine because she's in the wrong state of mind and won't take it so they just don't give it to her. Then she's so far down till they have to send her to the hospital and then that's when they contact the family. They supposed to be a rehab place ?
Poor leadership
This place disgusts me! They don't even provide wipes for these patients! They use rags to clean them when changing them now my loved one has sores! Horrible horrible place and way understaffed and ilequipped
Their drink machine stole $2 from me and not only would they not give me the drink they wouldn't even give me my money back either and then got rude to me when I complained about it.
I did clinicals here for college . I can personally say the nurses here do not care about the patients in any way shape or form . Please do not put any person you know here . I reported the neglect and abuse and we were kicked out the very next day because we reported what we had seen . They should be investigated and shut down .
