As my Dad’s daughter and primary caregiver, finding a place where I could feel confident that he was safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity was incredibly important to me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dee Kennedy Senior Care Home and the exceptional care my father received. As my Dad’s daughter and primary caregiver, finding a place where I could feel confident that he was safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity was incredibly important to me. It’s truly a home, clean, welcoming, and well-maintained with a lovely backyard. The meals are homecooked and delicious. The care, compassion, and kindness shown to my father meant more to our family than words can express. Knowing that he was in the hands of people who genuinely cared about his well-being brought me comfort and peace of mind during a very difficult chapter of our lives. Mary, Daniel, and all of the staff are absolutely wonderful. Caring for an aging parent is not always easy, and having a team that treats your loved one with patience, respect, and compassion makes all the difference. I will always be grateful for the care my father received and for the kindness shown to him during this time. Dee Kennedy Senior Care Home was a part of my father’s journey and helped to make sure he was cared for with the love and dignity he deserved. I wholeheartedly recommend Dee Kennedy to families looking for compassionate, skilled care for their loved ones.
Dee Kennedy Senior Care was a God-send for our family! We tried a larger facility with all the fancy activities and business but my Dad declined quickly in that environment despite being a social person. At Dee Kennedy he has had a wonderful turn of attitude and is willing to talk again and isn't so agitated all the time. With Alzheimers he will have those days but the majority of the time he is happy. It's all due to the amazing care of the team at Dee Kennedy!! They truly care for their residents as they would their own parents or family - he's not just a paycheck or a case or a number.…

Dee Kennedy Senior Care was a God-send for our family! At Dee Kennedy he has had a wonderful turn of attitude and is willing to talk again and isn't so agitated all the time. With Alzheimers he will have those days but the majority of the time he is happy. It's all due to the amazing care of the team at Dee Kennedy!! They truly care for their residents as they would their own parents or family - he's not just a paycheck or a case or a number. He's cherished there as a person and it shows. I will be forever grateful for all they do for my Dad and the ease they give my heart knowing he's so we'll cared for!
They were real good to my mother when she was there, always available when needed and it was like having another family! Very attentive, caring, loving and respectful!

While we were worried about where our mom was going to be, my oldest brother found Mary’s place for caretaking. After my first visit, I knew we had made the right decision. It’s was clean and well maintained. Before conditions got worse with my mom she would say she liked where she was. It felt like home. No regrets on the decision of mom being there.
We were in a crisis mode when looking for care for our mom and we couldn’t have found a more caring, loving and supportive environment for our mother. Mary and Daniel took care of her as if she was family. I always felt like I was walking into my mom’s new home when visiting her. Mary’s communication and read on my mom’s status was right on target, which ensured that I was at her side in her last moments. Mary knew and was right there with me. We were very blessed and I slept well at night knowing my mom was in their care.
It became evident that our loved one could no longer live at an independent senior center when his living conditions became unhealthy and then he fell and broke his neck. After surgery and rehab at a nursing home, Divine intervention led us to Dee Kennedy Senior Care Home. The home itself is as immaculate as described in other reviews, but the most impressive attribute is the attentive loving care that Tom receives from the live-in owners/operators (which includes a professional nurse) and their employees. Dee Kennedy has become Tom's home. There is no institutional feel or atmosphere here. He is now a member of a small, loving family where all his needs are met. Because of the level of care he has received, his physical and mental health has improved so much that he can move about with confidence and without fear of falling. He is even walking independently, although he uses his walker most of the time. This was not the only facility that we considered. At the larger institutions, I witnessed what I consider mistreatment of the elderly, including patients asking for assistance left in their beds, in their own urine, and no regular routine seeming to be followed. The peace of mind that comes with knowing a loved one is receiving the loving care that brings them health and happiness cannot be measured in rating stars. If there were 10 stars, Dee Kennedy Senior Care Home would earn them all. I will also mention that the fees are less than that of larger facilities.
I am a Hospice nurse and I visit this place regularly. This place is outstanding. The owners created home-like place for their residents. It is immaculate! Clean, decorated with the taste. It has large yard with lots of flowers and sunshine. Rooms are good size with private bathrooms. Everything is new and pretty. Food is made daily, smells delicious. Residents are involved in variety of activities: bingo, puzzles, drawings, playing cards, board games, bonfire. Pleasure to come here. I would recommend this place to my family members.
Wonderful place !!! I highly recommend it for your loved one. It is very clean, organized and senior-friendly. Staff oriented and professional with a warm atmosphere! As a Heath care professional I go to a lot of personal care homes and I can easily say that this place is by far one of the best once I see regularly... I would delightedly and happily without any hesitation put my mom in this wonderful place. We need more places like this!!!
