2.6 · 14 reviewsThis is absolutely the worst place to leave someone you care about MS kawana roberts the so call administrator needs to be fired and so does all of the staff period point blank they will pretend to so loving and caring when u sign up but will a ghost after your lived is inside my mom has been here for 4 years and when i tell you this place is horrible one they will not anser the phone and when they do if they do when they transfer your call the women at nursing station will not anser and if they do everytime the phone will just hang I know for a fact ive watched patients begging for a nurse…

This review is from a resistant who is unable to leave. They don't give us our money in a timely manner and certain staff will be nice to your face and treat you like dirt behind your back.
The staff are dedicated and caring to all the residents. They work so hard to care for the residents.

Went to take a patient some items they ordered and the place and service was bad…First off they wouldn’t take the patient items that she ordered and than yelled at her to come get her stuff than 2 of the nurses staff proceeded to go through her stuff as if they was going to pick through for the items they wanted I also heard someone yelling what sounded like fear or pain the condition of the building is in very poor condition I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay… I wouldn’t recommend this place this was my first and last time I wouldn’t be visiting or returning to that place again……PLEASE SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN AND PEOPLE GET YALL FOLKS OUT OF THERE ASAP
Nasty place some times they don't come n they have not brought my meds in 2 days some r rude stay away
If you are looking for a place for your loved to go this is definately not the place to send them no one ever answers the phone no matter what number you pressed super hard to get in touch with your family because no one anser the desk social workers and or administrator never respond to message you leave to get a return phone call at all just sad to treat seniors this way I highly recommend that you do not let your loved ones stay here totally dissatisfied with service period
The staff is caring and strives to do everything they can for the patients even buying things out of their own pockets when supplies run out. Corporate decisions have destroyed this facility and are counter productive to the staffs efforts to make it the facility it should be, one the patients and staff deserve. It's sad

Amen READ WITH CARE Many people got it twisted about "NURSING HOMES" "REHABILITATION CENTERS" and they ATTACK INNOCENT STAFF MEMBERS WITH CRUEL POSTS... First of all..... Anyone working in a NURSING HOME SHOULD BE "HIGHLY RESPECTED". Workers In NURSING HOMES SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED.... *Ms. Lisa *Ms. Tatiana The Entire Staff of Crossview REHABILITATION Center.
