I love clairmont place residents ! they are always so nice and welcoming .. as soon as you walk in you feel right at home down to the employees and residents .. management staff is great ! Very attentive !! My grand parents will be coming here laugh out loud
Wonderful staff who go above and beyond! Amazing location with a lake, gazebo, indoor pool, gym, courtyard with lots of plants, and patio with garden area. Employees go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and any questions are answered. They schedule lots of fun activities to do inside the property and traveling to other areas of Atlanta. The food is delicious and they offer a variety to choose from. The residents are very friendly and helpful and have a wonderful set of elected representatives who voice concerns and opinions to improve upon everyone's collective experience…

The food is delicious and they offer a variety to choose from. The residents are very friendly and helpful and have a wonderful set of elected representatives who voice concerns and opinions to improve upon everyone's collective experience here. I have worked here since 2019, and I cherish all of the bonds I have created here and the experience I have received. It makes me so happy to make our residents feel important, loved, and appreciated.

Love it here. It’s a family environment
My parents have lived at Clairmont Place for over 5 yrs now and they love it! It's a beautiful community with residents who are kind and loving. They have so many fun activities each week- Bingo, Game night, Trivia, Happy Hour, and much more. They also put on a Talent Show each year. They go on fun day trips with their bus and visit great spots in and around Atlanta. CP is also in the best location, because it's located on a nature trail so you can walk to Mason Mill Park, Medlock Park, and Lullwater Preserve. We are so glad they found this unique gem of a community!!!
Hangout poolside our Leave Claremont places parking lot to a trail that leads you to a wonderful walking experience. Jogging, biking or walking this trail is enjoyable, with sweet sound of singing birds and tranquil sound of river water One of the trails even leads out to an area that has a park a rec center and a library The park has a playground for kids and gazebos with lots of seating and BBQ grills. Come and enjoy your stay.
A charming quiet condo and more friendly helpful neighbors than anyone could wish for. Grounds are attractive, food is delicious and all services are provided with a smile. What more could anyone ask for these days with unfriendliness and violence so prevalent.
Played a gig here with the band I'm in. The building interior is quite beautiful and very relaxed. Spots in the building that stand out in my memory include a beautiful little library/reading area, and the main dining area where we played which had nice tables with white tablecloths, stunningly elaborate chandeliers, a regal carpet - I was very awed. All of the employees, residents, and visitors I interacted with were very charming, kind, and helpful. I came in through the wrong entrance initially because it was my first time performing here and a very kind resident guided me to the dining area where we would be playing. While we walked she offered amusing conversation. There were also some young adult visitors by a doorway closer to the stage that helped me get my bulky, heavy equipment in consecutively. I should add that the audience was the best part of our performance - they were so welcoming, energetic, and participative which was so invigorating. I truly can't wait to play here again or visit for any reason. Highly recommended.
