They have a roach problem beyond measure where I had to have an outside person come in and treat the roaches. Leann is a horrible leasing agent or assistant and highly unprofessional. This place is not for senior citizens! Renter beware!

Shortly after unexpected death of my husband, Cathy, the administrator at that time offered me a furnished apt as it had been a model apt. I was moving from Hawaii & was so blessed to b offered that. My time at Clairmont Crest was most enjoyable & I met so many good friends, Mary, Sherry, etc. Since the furniture did not belong to me, I left it there. Of course, when moving back to Hawaii as it was the property of Clairmont Crest. New management came in after I left & did not understand everything I left belonged to Clairmont Crest. It is a very convenient location, & I am sure it is even better now. I would go back as I am returning to Georgia & looking for an apt like I enjoyed at Clairmont Crest.
Clairmont Crest have recently renovated there and all the amenities are top notch. It's a place you are really proud to call home.
My Dad no longer lives there, they did some extensive renovations and the rent increased significantly. My Dad really loved it at Clairmont Crest. Overall it was a good experience because during the renovations it was a little difficult for the seniors living there. Other than that, it would have been great.
A place for Mom was very helpful to confirm that Clairmont Crest was the right choice for my mom. She has moved in and very happy with the place and people that are there. The appointment that have been renovated are really nice.
All of the activities are great. There are shopping trips, exercise classes, and also a pool. Overall it is a really nice community at Clairmont Crest.
