She is truly exceptional--always kind, compassionate, and has such a wonderful sense of humor that brightens my mom’s entire day. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply for her patients. She knows just how to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for, and that means the world to our family. Since coming to this nursing home, my mom has been absolutely thriving-- and I know Shanice’s care and positivity have played a big part in that. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the rest of the staff for all that they do every single day. It’s clear that they work hard to make sure residents feel safe, supported, and loved. Shanice, thank you for your incredible dedication and kindness-- you’ve made such a positive difference in my mom’s life and in ours! 💚

My dad stayed at Cedar Valley for short-term rehab, and we were extremely satisfied with the experience. The therapists were motivating and supportive. The nursing team was quick to respond to any of his needs. The facility itself is modern and well-kept. Everyone made him feel comfortable and cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed.

Cedar Valley has been a blessing to our family. The entire team—nurses, aides, therapists, and even housekeeping—treat residents like their own family. The rooms are spacious and bright. There are plenty of opportunities for socializing and staying active. My mom feels at home here. We couldn’t ask for more.
