4.5 · 28 reviewsBeautiful community with smart apartments that ensure resident safety by using technology. Very happy residents and caring staff. Sales Director, Raiven Wooten, has such a warm and infectious smile! Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with The Canopy at Westridge, and a big reason for that was Raiven Wooten. From our very first conversation, Raiven was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive to our family's needs. She took the time to answer all of our questions, provided honest guidance, and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. What stood out most was the genuine care and compassion shown by the staff. My Dad is a new resident at Canopy. While it has been an adjustment for all and we are still figuring things out. The concierge Tyesha Kelly has been so kind and helpful! I have gone to her many times with questions. She has always been so helpful!!

I am a Registered Nurse and visit this facility frequently, it's honestly always a pleasure. Staff is wonderful, residents are VERY well cared for. I love the facility nurse Barbara... she is truly a patient advocate and wants only what's best.
This community is more than just beautiful to look at- it is a beautiful place to be at, even as a visitor. I have worked closely with the staff for many months and they are second to none. The Wellness Director Barbara…you will never have your loved one cared for more than by this woman, her love for the residents and her passion and COMPASSION know no bounds. Danielle, who you’ll likely speak to first if you call, is so lively and fun and take the time to help guide each family through this season of life for their loved one. Nathalie, the Executive Director, let me tell you- her dedication to the residents and the community doesn’t stop at handling the day to day of operations, its costumes, dancing and fun. The entire staff at The Canopy at Westridge from concierge to med techs to aides to the AMAZING chef and kitchen staff- absolutely the best in the business.
I cannot recommend Canopy at Westridge based on my experience. The level of care and attention to residents is extremely disappointing. Basic needs are often neglected, and staff frequently shortage appear overwhelmed or unavailable when help is needed. Residents who require hands-on assistance or fall-risk supervision do not always receive timely support. Communication with management can be frustrating, and concerns about safety and proper care do not seem to be taken seriously enough. An assisted living facility should prioritize dignity, safety, and attentive care. Unfortunately, that has not been the experience here. Families considering this place should ask many questions and observe carefully before trusting their loved ones to this facility.
Very nice, new facility. Great activities director. 3 stars deducted for the meals. Meals used to be acceptable a few months ago, but the food quality has now deteriorated significantly. Considering the cost to live there, the food should be much better. UPDATE: Best thing about this facility was Jay, the activities director, but he is now gone. Whatever happened, the residents hope they get him back!
Frustrated with the lack of communication as in there isn’t any whenever I try to leave a message for someone to respond to a concern I get no response
