Very Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing responded to my original review with a polished, generic statement that does not reflect what my family actually experienced. To be clear: my grandfather left this facility in worse condition than when he arrived. Their public response claims they “made sure” he was not given fish and that his meals were tailored to his needs, but that is not what we witnessed. My grandfather repeatedly went without proper meals, his dietary restrictions were not handled appropriately, and when we removed him and took him to the hospital, doctors confirmed he was suffering from malnutrition. That is not a misunderstanding. That is neglect. This was not just about food. He was not properly bathed, therapy was inconsistent at best, and getting clear answers from staff was nearly impossible. Every concern was met with excuses, vague reassurance, or attitude. They present themselves well publicly, but our family saw a very different reality behind the scenes. What is most disturbing is that instead of taking accountability, they responded with a rehearsed public relations statement meant to minimize what happened. Families should pay close attention. A clean lobby and polite online responses do not equal quality care. If your loved one is here, do not rely on appearances. Show up often. Ask questions. Document everything. We did, and it still was not enough.

The residents seem to be well cared for. The workers were helpful with getting the residents ready for the activities. Overall it seemed to be a very organized facility. I was just a volunteer for today's activity.

Staffs at buckead. Center are kind and nice

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided at Buckhead Nursing and Healing. My experience with this facility was deeply concerning and unacceptable. My mother was left without oxygen and repeatedly rang for assistance, but no one responded for approximately an hour and a half. This kind of delay is not only neglectful but could have resulted in a very serious outcome. Timely response to patients—especially those with critical needs—is essential, and this standard was clearly not met. In addition, many of the CNAs and nurses we encountered were disrespectful and appeared indifferent to patient care. It often felt as though the focus was more on collecting a paycheck than providing compassionate, attentive service. While there were a few CNAs who showed kindness and professionalism, and one nurse on the fourth floor who treated my mother well, these positive experiences were unfortunately the exception rather than the rule. It is also very concerning that the facility continues to accept new patients despite what appears to be a clear shortage of staff. Proper staffing is critical to ensuring patient safety and quality care, and this facility does not seem adequately equipped to meet those responsibilities. Overall, I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking safe and compassionate care for their loved ones. Significant improvements are needed in staffing, responsiveness, and overall patient treatment.

The Staff could be more helpful and nicer to the patients. The phone system could be a lot better. It would be even nicer if the staff would not steal the patients boxes .Communication with the administrator is slow.

This is a great place to be they treat you with dignity and respect they have the nicest staff willing to help you with anything you need

I was extremely impressed with the facility. The cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. Markeith Brown is superb at what he does with my mom.
