This facility currently has 2 stars on Medicare.gov and recent inspections on Dec 21, 2025 uncovered 12 +violations. Reports cited numerous complaints of drugging residents and violations spreading infections diseases. Most of the google reviews are employees. For true reviews visit Medicare. Gov and Pro Publica websites. I personally witnessed extremely callous behavior towards residents. I have videos of several residents falling out of locked wheelchairs, I had to personally alert staff because no one was paying attention. Would definitely NOT recommend
Definitely a 5 star facility! From the clinical staff down to the social workers! In my opinion they have the best Activities Department that are always doing creative things to keep the residents active! The therapy team is phenomenal! Kinneisha, Social Services Director, is always very kind and helpful! The dining and cleanliness of the facility is a five star! I can tell they work very hard to maintain it! Very well run facility!

I’ve had a truly positive experience with this nursing home, and I’m very grateful for the level of care provided. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured during what can be a very emotional time. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone whose looking for their loved ones a place to call home.

The staff is genuinely caring, attentive, and treats residents with dignity and respect. You can tell they take the time to get to know each individual, which makes a huge difference in the quality of care. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. There are regular activities and opportunities for social interaction, which keeps residents engaged and uplifted. Communication with families is also great—they’re responsive, transparent, and make you feel involved in your loved one’s care. Overall, I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
