4.5 · 10 reviewsThis was a nice group home. The staff seemed friendly and nice. The property looked clean. We just were not confident enough that they could provide the level of care that my mother in law is in need of.
Steluta was very nice and we felt she would be the best fit for Mother. Her home was clean and had a very comfortable, "homey" feel to it. The Semi room has twice the space of other facilities and was a large part of our decision to place Mother here. Hard to give a rating until she has been there for a while. May want to raise to a 5 once we see how she does.
I visited this facility to place my granfather there and I was very impressed. I loved the staff there and the way they took care of their residents.

I visited this facility and talked to the provider, Stela and loved her attitude, her hospitality and her care to her residents. I'm a nurse with background in geriatric care and this facility is very clean, well organized and the care provided is very meticulous.
I visited Azaria Personal Care Home and it was not what I was looking for. There were only few people there in their last stages.
The cost is in line with what the other places around are so we're very happy with it. The care has been very good. I don't think they have any activities.
I visited this facility and loved the location, the style and the care and service provided to the residents in this facility. My friend has a family member there and we were impressed with the caring love the owner showed to the residents. The facility is very clean, and the food provided to the residents is delicious. We happened to taste to see how tasty it was and we were impressed by the quality and were happy that it was delicious. Each resident gets special attention and care and at times they play games or do some projects. As we were hanging out in the facility, a lady with a guitar showed up and she played music for the residents. We listened in and enjoyed it tremendously. Two weeks later we returned to the residence and were happy to note that our expectations were met again and the owner provided consistent care to all residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
This provider has been extremely caring, loving, empathetic, timely, and great care to my friends sister. I loved her house. It's very friendly, airy, it's always kept clean and the food is delicious. Stella, the owner has a great sense of humor too. If you're looking for a house with family environment, awesome food and great care, this is the place for you.
