Prior to my visit, my phone call with her was overall excellent, knowledgeable and welcoming, therefore, on the day of my visit as I expected she went above and beyond. I was very satisfied with my visit and will follow up with April very soon when I make my decision,
Valencia is great, very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. She made me feel comfortable.
The staff is very kind and helpful. Both Sharon (ED) and Valencia(Sales director) are awesome and will to go above and beyond for the residents and families. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The residents are happy. Great place!!

My dad moved in about 2.5 yrs ago. Sharon, the director has been very helpful and caring and always lends an ear when my dad is not happy. My dad really loves all of his nurses and says only good things about them. And they keep me in the loop of any problems with my dad. They are trying to make sure the residents stay engaged by having activities and inviting family participation. With full transparency, I have had issues with his medication distribution and have found that I need to stay on top of that. On occasion, he has complained about the food and the tv channels not working. Overall, I do feel that Azalea Gardens provides the necessary care my dad needs right now and I would recommend their services.
Visited Azalea Gardens for a tour. The community is clean and the staff is friendly. If you want a competent tour Valencia is the person for the job. She displays a kindness and compassion. She made the process more comfortable. Her kind eyes and friendly smile made the atmosphere more relaxed and personal. If she is the standard for the company then Azalea Gardens is a perfect place to live.
Valencia Monagan gave me a great tour of Azalea Gardens. Her welcoming personality, guidance, and knowledge of the facilities are a great asset to a Family Advisor. She went over all the amenities and benefits with me, and could answer any questions I had about Azalea Gardens.
Anyone lucky enough to have Valencia Monagan on their team should quickly realize she will solve problems. She takes any issue seriously and will work with everyone to understand, try various ways, and keep all aware of setbacks or progress toward an acceptable resolution. Her wealth of experience, empathy, and desire to help others shines with her smile everyday. Her acknowledgement of the hard work of others makes a bond that strengthens the team to do their utmost. I would gladly recommend Valencia to anyone who needs a strong advocate in their corner.
