Overall our loved one is very pleased with Autumn Terrace, we think this community has a nice set up. We were able to eat a few meals there before COVID and we did enjoy the food. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.
My Mother is very happy at Autumn Terrace and that is the most important thing to me. She feels like she is part of a family and feels included. I have recommended Autumn Terrace to a friend for her Mother. My impression is the new manager is constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of AT which is so refreshing. The one thing my Mom comments on from time to time is a lack of food variety; however, she likes the food and comments there are good cooks there.

Nice facility and priced within our budget but they aren't set up for memory care which is what I need.
This facility has a great reputation and the residents seam to be very happy. They offer aging in place and learn the interests of the residents to help provide activities they'll enjoy. The staff is competent and friendly.
The staff here is great and very understanding with my loved one. My loved one refuses to eat the meals in the dining area or even what they serve and the staff makes sure that they find something for my loved one. The only thing that I had a issue with a couple of times was that I did have to tell the staff to clean my loved ones room. Other than that this is a wonderful place.
I can't say enough about how great this place was for my Mom. The staff was like family to my Mom. Michael and staff are great, they treated her like its was there own Mom. My Mom past away and I have nothing but great last memories of her living here. The people there have a lot of love in their hearts. The food is great, its home cooked, i.e. Real eggs. Again, great place if you are looking for your love one to be cared for, treated like family and feel like home.
Autumn Terrace didn’t have enough staff to cover the people that were there. Also, the staff was not well-trained. They had my loved one’s medicines all screwed up. But her room was fine. It was a good size. She had her own bath. They had one cook and 2 staff members. When the cook left, the staff had to clean up the kitchen and everything and then attend to the patients. Some people would go by the wayside. Then at nighttime, they only had 1 staff member for 18 patients. They need more certified staff, enough to cover 18 or 20 people.
