She cares for all members with love and respect! She always meets all of their needs, served up with extra love! This is a wonderful place to have your loved one cared for! Autumn house is more than a house, it's a home! The owner Brenda provides amazing care for all of her participants! The small and close knit group is like having family! She cares for all members with love and respect! She always meets all of their needs, served up with extra love! This is a wonderful place to have your loved one cared for! Wonderful, personal care team always friendly, nice and clean in the inside they took really good care of my grandfather. 10/10
Very nice and great staff. I had my auntee there for 10 yrs. She went in at 90yrs and lived to be 101. The Dr . Stated “it was the good care.”

Terrible place.
My mother was a resident here. The entire experience was fantastic. [name removed] and her team make all the difference. They really do care about the residents and that has been the primary factor in all decisions regarding my Mothers care. The COVID stuff is the latest example they had No cases! That’s amazing but, to me, not surprising. The staff at Autumn House Personal Care Home are dedicated to caring for their residents. They were a blessing to us and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate what they did for my mother.
Autumn House is a great personal care home. It was a blessing for me. My aunt lived there for probably 10 years. She was always well taken care of. The place was always clean. The owners would contact me if there was any change in her health. The owners are very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable that my aunt was "at home." In addition to taking care of the residents, they always celebrated their birthdays. This was a big thing because my aunt lived there until she was 102 years old. I would strongly recommend Autumn House.
My mother was at Autumn House for almost 8 years. During that time there was very little turn over of the clients who stayed there as well as the staff working there. I moved my mom from another Personal Care Home that closed. I wish I had started at Autumn House ! The staff at AH took great care of my mom. She had homecooked meals and took her medicines on time. I had peace of mind knowing she was safe. The staff and owners really care about the clients. While my mom was there, another client turned 101 ! How many Personal Care Homes can report that ? ! Autumn House was a blessing for me and my mom.
My Brother had a stroke and he is now at Autumn House. He likes is and they are so wonderful. He likes the care givers they have and his room gets cleaned and clothes washed. When I get old I am going to go there. :)
