I gave 1 extra star because most of the nurses here are very caring, and the PT people are wonderful. However, they do NOT have enough nursing aides working at ANY time. The only time the patients are able to get out of bed/leave room is the 45 mins they are with PT 5 days a week. Im not sure how they expect these patients to get better mobility when they are bed ridden 23 hrs a day. They never get their diapers changed in a timely manner. Sometimes up to 8 hours. And sometimes when PT comes in, THEY have to change the patients diaper, which cuts into their already very short time of physical…

It really is that simple.
My grandfather stayed here before his unfortunate passing I can honestly say that me and my family could not have picked a better place for his final days. They were understanding helping and attentive to all of his needs I Thankyou you and the staff for all of your help and support during that difficult time.
I had a truly positive experience with this nursing home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, respected, and treated with dignity. One of the things that stood out most was the attentiveness of the caregivers. They are not only professional and skilled, but also genuinely compassionate. Overall, this nursing home provides a safe, supportive, and caring environment. It gave our family…

Awesome care and beautifully remodeled facility.
My father was sent here after a week in the hospital. The staff was extremely supportive, friendly, and accommodating to my father’s needs. The facility isn’t a resort but it was exactly what my father needed for a short stay. The level of professionalism from the staff was appreciated. The location is also great.
We sent our father here after he was released from the hospital. The staff, especially Devin, were so kind and caring towards our dad. He wasn’t medically complex but definitely emotional from being in the hospital. The staff did a great job of meeting our dad where he was emotionally and supporting him. He was only there for a short time, but it was a good experience for him and our family.
I mate my review so low because of the following region. When I wanted to visit my father there, his room was a mess. My father slipped and fell and he was on the floor for about 2 hours. No one came to help and then they allowed my father, which is going through dementia to leave their facility. In a yellow cab I'm going to God only knows destination in the state of Georgia law. States that you cannot release a patient out of rehabilitation center into a yellow cab.And I wasn't notified until after he was already in the cab.One of the nurses called it for him. Then, upon calling to facilitate to find out what was going on. I get rude, disrespect and very unprofessional. Attitudes to the point, when I call back from my phone, they had took the phone off the hook, they're just as bad as pruitt.Don't put your loved ones in there. If you really care.... Not to mention, they sent a patient home with heart problems. Epilepsy, asthmatic, with no medicine. And they did not give him his medicine that morning before they allowed him to leave their facility With no instruction at all how to get the medicine. No prescriptions or nothing. And I've been calling for the last 23 days from son, up to sundown and not getting no response. This is a shame this goes against all kind of hipp violations....
The odor in this facility is horrible, I hope it is not a reflection of the patient care.
