It has a waiting list for apartments. For mostly seniors and elderly people.

Excellent place for seniors to live .
This place is Okay but they need to check on the garbage disposal on a regular basis! It took them so long to fix it that the people staying there had nats so bad and the didn't know why! I was buying my play MOTHER so much stuff to try to get rid of that they should've took something off everybody's rent!
